The Agri-Tech Grant Scheme supports innovative Agri-Tech startups in Tamil Nadu through financial assistance aimed at fostering development and scaling. The scheme offers two funding tiers: Up to ₹10 lakh for early-stage startups developing agricultural innovations. Up to ₹25 lakh for startups seeking market expansion in the agriculture sector. The program focuses on solutions in crop, livestock, and fisheries domains. Startups working on ready-to-eat products are specifically excluded from the scheme. This initiative is implemented by the Department of Agricultural Marketing & Agri Business, Government of Tamil Nadu, with StartupTN as the ecosystem partner.
