BUILD 5.0 is the Boeing University Innovation Leadership Development Program designed to nurture the next generation of innovators in India. As part of Boeing’s long-term innovation strategy, the program supports graduating students from the Class of 2026 and early-stage entrepreneurs who are working on bold, impactful ideas. For the 2026 cohort, Boeing India is partnering with T-Hub to deliver a structured innovation journey that helps participants refine ideas, strengthen business models, and transform concepts into viable products. The program focuses on real-world challenges in aerospace, defence, sustainability, and emerging technologies. Participants gain access to Boeing’s global expertise, India’s leading startup ecosystem through T-Hub, and a national platform to showcase their innovations. Selected teams compete for grant funding to further develop their ideas while benefiting from mentorship, learning, and ecosystem exposure.
