The program is highly result-oriented, requiring participants to implement a comprehensive strategy that includes: Matching and Recruitment: Utilizing innovative methods to identify and recruit individuals with specific skills for sectors facing identified labor shortages; Direct Financial Support: Providing allowances to jobseekers for interview and relocation expenses, language training, and the recognition of professional qualifications; Employer Assistance: Offering SMEs financial support for training programs to ensure newly recruited candidates successfully integrate into their roles; Pre- and Post-Placement Support: Providing dedicated services such as interview preparation, profiling, and ongoing monitoring to ensure long-term satisfaction for both the placed individual and the employer.
