Key thematic areas include: Addressing challenges related to digitalization, artificial intelligence, algorithmic management, and new forms of employment such as platform work; Supporting a just transition to a climate-neutral economy and managing industrial restructuring; Tackling labor shortages through upskilling and re-skilling, enhancing intra-EU mobility, and strengthening collective bargaining for adequate minimum wages; and Promoting gender equality, anti-discrimination, and the reconciliation of work and family life.
