1. 1Confirm your community facility is within a designated CLÁR area and meets project eligibility criteria.
2. 2Identify infrastructural improvements aligned with community needs, including recreation, accessibility, or sustainability measures.
3. 3Prepare detailed cost estimates ensuring the funding request does not exceed 90% of the total project cost.
4. 4Submit the application through the local authority administering Measure 1 with project description, budget, and required permissions.
5. 5Projects are evaluated based on community need, alignment with local and climate plans, accessibility, readiness, and compliance.
6. 6If funded, begin implementation promptly and ensure the facility remains accessible to the public.
