About this grant

The DST NIDHI i-TBI Ignition Grant 2.0 is an early-stage startup support program implemented at CSVTU Foundation for Rural Technology and Entrepreneurship (CSVTU-FORTE) under the Department of Science and Technology’s NIDHI i-TBI initiative. The program aims to encourage innovation-led entrepreneurship by supporting innovative ideas and early-stage startups, particularly from Chhattisgarh. Selected applicants receive Ignition Grant support along with incubation benefits such as co-working space, access to laboratories, mentorship, and structured training. Eligibility requirements

All of the following criteria must be met:

  • Innovators and early-stage startups with novel, technology-driven ideas
  • Applicants from across Chhattisgarh are eligible to apply
  • Startups at idea, prototype, or MVP stage
  • Focus sectors include Energy, Digital Technology, EdTech, IoT, Women-led ventures, and Social Impact startups
  • Proposals must align with DST–NIDHI i-TBI guidelines and norms
  • Women-led and socially impactful innovations are strongly encouraged
