About this grant

The purpose of the Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems SEED Project: Scaling Effective Early Childhood Systems Development (ECCS SEED) is to address the root causes of chronic disease in early childhood by improving families’ access to health care, screening kids early for physical and mental health needs, and connecting parents to services that enable them to provide for their children. Eligibility requirements

All of the following criteria must be met:

• * "Domestic" means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.
