About this grant
The purpose of this program is to support communities to directly increase the diagnoses, treatment, and prevention of HIV, HCV, and syphilis. Successful applicants will work toward a re-duction of new HIV infections and relevant co-morbidities, specifically syphilis and HCV infections; improve HIV/HCV/syphilis-related health outcomes; and reduce HIV/HCV/syphilis-related health disparities among the AI/AN population. In four separate but related parts, this initiative aims to implement effective Grant Number: HHS-2026-IHS-ETHIC-0001. Expected awards: 26.

All of the following criteria must be met:
- (Other - Urban Indian organizations - Urban Indian organization as defined by 25 U.S.C. 1603(29), that is currently administering a contract or receiving an award pursuant to 25 U.S.C. 1653. The term "Urban Indian organization" means a nonprofit corporate body situated in an urban center, governed by an urban Indian controlled board of directors, and providing for the maximum participation of all
