This NOFO solicits applications for the Housing-Related Hazards (HRH) Capital Fund Program and the Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Capital Fund Program, referred to jointly as the HRH and LBP Capital Fund Program. The purpose of the HRH and LBP Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to evaluate and reduce residential health hazards in public housing, including lead-based paint, carbon monoxide, mold, radon, and fire safety.
