Research laboratories affiliated with higher education institutions or recognized research organizations in France and Ghana
Jointly led by two scientific managers (one from France, one from Ghana)
Must actively involve young researchers including doctoral and postdoctoral students
Demonstrate bilateral collaboration and commitment to mobility in 2026
