How to apply

1. 1Prepare a proposal aligned with Horizon Europe regulations and the specific call guidelines, ensuring compliance with eligibility rules, expected structure, and evaluation criteria set by the European Commission
2. 2Demonstrate alignment with existing initiatives such as RItrainplus, RAMIRI, and RItrain, and show complementarity with pan-European infrastructures including ESFRI, ERICs, and EIROforum
3. 3Include detailed training plans covering professional curricula development, digital and AI upskilling, governance frameworks, sustainability strategies, and operational security capacity building
4. 4Specify expected outcomes and long-term impact, including improved research infrastructure management, enhanced skills development, strengthened collaboration, and measurable benefits for European research systems
5. 5Outline engagement with national and international stakeholders, including research infrastructures, policymakers, training providers, and relevant scientific communities
