PROGRAM DESCRIPTION The U.S. Embassy in Tirana, Albania announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications for the Countering Violent Extremism Small Grants Program. Please follow all instructions below.   Priority Region:  EUR/Albania   Program Objectives:   Program Objectives: The Countering Violent Extremism Small Grants Program, administered by the Public Affairs Section, is soliciting proposals from non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Alb Grant Number: TIRCVEFY22.

Eligibility requirements

All of the following criteria must be met:

  • • Albanian not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations that are able to respond to the NOFO, and have experience and expertise on CVE issues • U.S. organizations and individuals are not eligible for grants under the program.
