The purpose of this grant program is to improve the health and well-being of individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) by streamlining access to critical resources, services, and supports for people who have sustained a TBI as well as leveraging resources for sustainability. Eligibility requirements

All of the following criteria must be met:

  • Public Law 104-166 and amendment of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 280b-1b "Such projects may be carried out by the Secretary directly or through awards of grants or contracts to public or nonprofit private entities." Foreign entities are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement.
