About this grant

The purpose of the TOR program is to assist in addressing the opioid overdose crisis in Tribal communities by increasing access to FDA-approved medications for opioid use disorder, and supporting the continuum of prevention, treatment, and recovery support services for opioid use disorder and co-occurring substance use disorders. This program also supports prevention, treatment, and recovery support services for stimulant misuse and use disorders, including those involving cocaine and methamphet Grant Number: TI-26-012. Eligibility requirements

All of the following criteria must be met:

• Eligibility is limited to federally recognized American Indian or Alaska Native Tribe or Tribal organizations as defined in 25 USC 5304. Tribes and Tribal organizations may apply individually, as a consortium, or in partnership with an Urban Indian Organization.
