All of the following criteria must be met:

• Registered U.S. and Italian not-for-profit organizations, including think tanks and civil society/non-governmental organizations with programming experience in Italy; U.S. or Italian individuals; U.S. and Italian non-profit or governmental educational institutions; U.S. and Italian Governmental institutions.
