About this grant

The U.S. Mission Türkiye invites proposals for projects that strengthen ties between the United States and Türkiye through programming that advances U.S. interests and enhances bilateral cooperation. All proposals must include a U.S. cultural element, or connection with American expert/s, organization/s, or institution/s in a specific field that will promote increased understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives, unless otherwise stated below. In all priority program areas, innovative Grant Number: TR-NOFO-FY25-02.

Eligibility requirements

All of the following criteria must be met:

  • All organizations must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) issued via SAM.gov as well as a valid registration on SAM.gov. Individuals are not required to have a UEI or be registered in SAM.gov.Organizations and individuals with an existing, open grant with U.S. Mission Türkiye are ineligible to apply for additional grants until the existing grant is closed.

How to apply

  2. 2Register: Create a Grants.gov account via Login.gov, complete SAM.gov and UEI registration, and authorize organization representatives (takes 2-4 weeks).
