Eligibility requirements

All of the following criteria must be met:

  • Event organisers staging events entirely in queensland.
  • Queensland destination events program provides funding to event organisers staging events held entirely in queensland.
  • The event should:
  • Generate local economic activity and development in the host destination
  • Attract visitors to the region
  • Drive social and community outcomes for the region
  • Enhance the profile of the region.
  • Have an australian business number (abn)
  • Be either a corporation registered with asic, an incorporated association or other body corporate
  • Be conducting an event that takes place in the same queensland destination, it cannot rotate to other locations.
  • Funding for vic small businesses impacted by prolonged power outages
