Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Grants - Projects provides artists and art workers with funding to help them create, develop and present new works across all art forms.

Eligibility requirements

All of the following criteria must be met:

• Eligible projects include:
• Creative development and/or production or making of work, including research and planning
• Exhibitions and touring costs regionally, nationally and internationally
• Presentation opportunities to enhance your profile locally, nationally and internationally
• Eligible expenses include:
• Creative fees (such as performers, composers, choreographers, designers, producers, curators etc)
• Technical personnel and production costs
• Hire of studio, venue and equipment
• Curatorial collateral, catalogue essay writer’s fees, catalogue design and printing costs
• Documentation (e.g. photography and videography)

What the funding covers

• Funding of up to $25K.

How to apply

2. 2Gather evidence: Collect documents like financials, business plans, market research, project budgets, resumes, risk analysis, and support letters to prove capability and impact.
3. 3Register/log in: Obtain an Australian Business Number (ABN) if needed, sign into the relevant portal (e.g., Business Grants Hub portal), and note any prerequisites like advisory service reports.
