Eligibility requirements
All of the following criteria must be met:
- Business owners, ceos or managing directors.
- There are 4 different programs:
- The assessment clinic program offers a comprehensive one-day clinic with growth experts in which you will identify issues that are impeding growth and then create a plan for your personal growth as a leader and an action plan for your company.
- Growth ramp is a targeted 6-month program with growth experts designed for business owners, ceos and managing directors of companies who are looking to grow their organisation.
- The growth modules program provides an opportunity for you and your executive team to take time out from your business to work on your business. you will learn as a team, develop shared knowledge, and build the skills that your company needs to achieve sustainable and continuous growth.
- Execute and grow is a program designed for business owners, ceos or mds and their teams who have completed the growth ramp or growth modules program and want to continue to grow.
- Be the business owner, ceo or md of your organisation
- Have at least 5 full time employees
- Have customers, products or services, revenue.
- To be eligible for the growth ramp and growth modules program, you must have completed an assessment clinic.
- Payroll tax rebates for employers
- Transport-related assistance for drought affected queensland primary producers
- Debt finance, equity finance and guarantees for businesses with appropriate proposals
What the funding covers
- Access to programs and expert advice to help grow your business.
How to apply
- 1Confirm readiness: Ensure you meet criteria (e.g., ABN, turnover limits, GST registration), align project objectives with grant goals, and estimate time for evidence gathering and writing.
- 2Gather evidence: Collect documents like financials, business plans, market research, project budgets, resumes, risk analysis, and support letters to prove capability and impact.
- 3Register/log in: Obtain an Australian Business Number (ABN) if needed, sign into the relevant portal (e.g., Business Grants Hub portal), and note any prerequisites like advisory service reports.
- 4Prepare and write application: Address all selection criteria clearly (project details, government alignment, costs, outcomes, benefits); keep concise, factual, and compelling; validate for completeness.
- 5Review, approve, and submit: Proofread, get stakeholder sign-off, submit online via the portal before deadline (no late entries); expect eligibility check, merit assessment, and outcome notification.
