- The amount of fha payable depends on your individual circumstances.
- Be a farmer or the partner of a farmer
- Meet the income and assets test
- Contribute labour and capital to an australian farm, or are the partner of a farmer who does
- Have had less than 4 years of fha in the specific 10-year period.
- Additionally, your farm must have significant commercial purpose. this is assessed based on:
- Whether your farm is operated as a business
- The size, scale and permanency of your farm activity.
