Eligibility requirements
All of the following criteria must be met:
- Commercial horticulture businesses in the gnangara groundwater allocation plan area.
- Local growers in the defined area can access vouchers to engage certified irrigation specialists to:
- Design efficient irrigation systems
- Provide written advice on technologies, soil amendments and cropping strategies to improve water use efficiency within their enterprise
- Develop soil amelioration plans and options to improve soil health.
- Own, share-farm or lease a property that you use for commercial horticulture production (lessee of property must provide landlord consent in writing)
- Have a commercial horticultural property located in an eligible groundwater subarea, and is subject to the 10% reduction to groundwater abstraction from 2028 under the
- 2022 gnangara groundwater allocation plan
- Conduct the majority of your primary production business in western australia
- Operate as a sole trader, partnership, trust or private company
- Hold a current australian business number (abn) and are registered for goods and services tax (gst).

- Vouchers up to $5K.
