This program provides funding to cover up to 50% of the costs of installing an energy metering and monitoring system.

Eligibility requirements
All of the following criteria must be met:
- Organisations within nsw installing energy metering and monitoring systems.
- Funding is available to help nsw businesses implement comprehensive metering and monitoring upgrades supported by detailed metering and monitoring plans.
- Costs to install and commission permanent submeters that are required for measuring energy performance
- Hardware and integration with software needed to monitor energy use
- First year subscription to data management systems
- Post-installation system handover and data onboarding support during the project.
- Have an energy metering and monitoring plan, that is no more than 3 years old and accurately reflects the current processes and systems on site, within nsw
- Have an australian business number (abn)
- Be registered for goods and services tax (gst)
- Spend a minimum of $200,000 a year on energy bills for your business site, or demonstrate an equivalent annual on-site energy use of at least 3,600 gigajoules (gj)
- Grants to sponsor students to take part in stem engagement events, activities and competitions
- Funding for ev fast charging stations across nsw
- Mentoring support for vic small business owners in selected industry sectors
What the funding covers
- Matched funding of between $20.0K and $100K to cover up to 50% of project costs.
