Eligibility requirements

All of the following criteria must be met:

  • Small businesses in nsw.
  • The small business rebate provides a rebate to small business owners when they implement solutions for safety problems in their workplace.
  • Be a small business or sole trader in nsw
  • Employ less than 50 full-time employees (fte) or equivalent
  • Have attended an eligible event (e.g. free safework nsw safety workshop or webinar), or had an advisory visit from a safework nsw officer
  • Eligible safety equipment
  • Be conducting a commercial business producing goods or providing services in nsw
  • Not have previously received a small business rebate from safework or workcover nsw.

  • Travel and accommodation contributions for tas apprentices and trainees
  • Financial benefits for businesses that recycle oil
  • Funding for catholic and independent school infrastructure

How to apply
