All of the following criteria must be met:
- Small businesses impacted by the 2025 western queensland surface trough and associated rainfall and flooding.
- Businesses must:
- Have an active australian business number (abn) and be registered for goods and services (gst) at the time of the disaster
- Be located in one of the defined disaster areas for the western queensland surface trough and associated rainfall and flooding
- Have a turnover of less than$10 million per annum
- Have less than 20 employees
- Demonstrate either a decrease in revenue or an inability to conduct trading activities.

- Funding of up to $15K.
