Eligibility requirements

All of the following criteria must be met:

  • Small businesses impacted by the bondi beach terrorist attack.
  • Funding is available to help pay for clean-up, repairs, replacement of lost or damaged stock, or loss of income due to business disruption resulting from the terrorist attack.
  • To be eligible, small businesses must:
  • Be registered for goods and services tax (gst)
  • Have an aggregated annual turnover of more than $75,000 for the year ended june 2025.
  • Been located and operating in the
  • At the time of the terrorist attack
  • Had a valid and active australian business number (abn) on 14 december 2025
  • Employed less than 20 full-time (or equivalent) staff at that time.
  • Your small business must be able to show that it suffered business disruption because of the terrorist attack.
