How to apply
- 1Choose your category by selecting one of the following options: Domestic showcase, International showcase, Domestic tour, or International tour
- 2Confirm eligibility by ensuring you are B.C.-based and meet all residency and business requirements outlined in the programme guidelines
- 3Secure required proof by obtaining an official invitation or confirmation for showcases, or ensuring at least 7 paid dates for tours
- 4Prepare your budget by requesting no more than 75% of eligible costs and ensuring financial accuracy and justification
- 5Separate eligible and ineligible expenses by removing excluded costs such as recording, production, cash payments, and other non-allowable items
- 6Submit before travel by ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and directly linked to the proposed initiative
