Eligibility requirements
All of the following criteria must be met:
- Residential building
- Unsafe cladding assessed as fire safety risk (high/medium action required)
- Fire Risk Assessment External Wall using PAS9980:2002 methodology
- Cannot apply if works started before 10 January 2022
