Eligibility requirements

All of the following criteria must be met:

  • Involved in some way to GLAM or Heritage sector
  • Based/live in UK with right to access public funds
  • UK bank account in exact name applying in (individual or organisation)
  • At least 18 years old
  • Not have received Community Hub Bursary before (previously unsuccessful can reapply with agreement)
  • Do NOT need to be affiliated with an organisation

What the funding covers

  • Course or workshop fees (in-person or online)
  • Travel and accommodation for training
  • Mentoring or coaching sessions
  • Conference or sector event attendance
  • Materials/resources for learning (books, toolkits)
  • Shadowing/placements in GLAM organisations costs
