- 1Step 1: Form a Diverse Team by assembling 3–5 graduate students representing at least two different academic disciplines to ensure interdisciplinary perspectives

- 3Step 3: Design a Practical Intervention by explaining the solution, how it works, implementation steps, key stakeholders involved, and required resources
- 4Step 4: Demonstrate Feasibility by including a timeline, risk analysis, budget considerations where relevant, and a monitoring and evaluation framework
- 5Step 5: Address Scalability by showing how the solution can be adapted to other contexts, scaled nationally or internationally, and integrated into existing systems
- 6Step 6: Submit Before Deadline by following all official submission guidelines and ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant
