Eligibility requirements
All of the following criteria must be met:
- Open to UK-based researchers from academia, industry, and other organisations
- Project lead must have contract longer than proposed project duration
- Organisation must be: UK registered business with Companies House number, OR research organisation eligible for UKRI funding, OR charity, OR not-for-profit
What the funding covers
- Up to 10,000 GPU hours on Isambard-AI or Dawn supercomputers
- Must be used within 3 months of project start
- NO FUNDING PROVIDED - computational resource only
- Supports: first-time users, algorithm testing, benchmarking, novel AI research
- One-off 50% top-up available if 90%+ used with time remaining
How to apply
